We offer a range of community support services, including counseling, case management, and support groups. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

About Excellent Support Services

Kewal Adhikari (Manager - Excellent Support Services Pty Ltd)

 

Kewal brings a wealth of experience and genuine dedication to his role as a manager at our organisation. With many years of hands‑on experience in disability support, he has worked closely with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure people receive the highest standard of care, dignity, and independence.

Alongside his leadership role, Kewal is also a registered nurse with over six years of clinical experience across a variety of healthcare settings. His nursing background gives him a strong foundation in clinical judgement, person‑centred care, and complex support needs. This combination of frontline disability support experience and professional nursing expertise allows him to guide the organisation with both compassion and clinical insight.

Kewal is committed to fostering a service culture built on respect, reliability, and meaningful outcomes for every participant. His leadership continues to shape a team that prioritises quality, safety, and genuine human connection

PATI CURTIS (SR. MANAGER)

 


Pati Curtis is a dedicated and compassionate disability support professional with over 15 years of experience working within education, community support, and fitness environments. Currently supporting students at Wewak Street School, Pati brings a calm, respectful, and person-centred approach to every interaction, ensuring individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered.


Throughout his career, Pati has worked with Mercy Connect Disability Services and Refuel Fitness and Support Services, building a strong reputation for reliability, adaptability, and genuine care. His extensive experience across multiple settings has strengthened his ability to support individuals with diverse needs while maintaining a focus on dignity and inclusion.


Outside of his professional role, Pati is passionate about sport and teamwork. He plays rugby union for the Steamers and enjoys volleyball, reflecting his energetic and community-driven lifestyle. He is also currently studying to become a qualified dog trainer, continuing his commitment to learning and personal development.


Pati’s core values are grounded in respect, compassion, and clear communication. He believes that safe, caring relationships are the foundation of meaningful support and strives to create environments where individuals feel understood, supported, and encouraged to thrive.


With a strong work ethic and heart-led approach, Pati continues to make a positive impact in the lives of the people and communities he serves.
